Individual Membership in the IAHR
Membership in the IAHR is normally effected through membership in the appropriate national or regional member association or society. Affiliation to the IAHR is normally effected through membership an IAHR affiliate association. For example: a scholar of religion living and working in the United Kingdom automatically becomes a member to the IAHR by way of being a member of the BASR. Likewise, a member of the IACSR, an association affiliated to the IAHR, becomes affiliated to the IAHR. To find the appropriate association, please see the list of members and affiliates. Individual affiliation is possible only in cases where there is no appropriate IAHR national or regional member association.
