Welcome to another issue of the IAHR e-Bulletin. An issue in a totally new format that you will hopefully appreciate. Included in this e-Bulletin are messages (item I and II) which are mailed to you in accordance with the IAHR Constitution and By-Laws, and it is crucial that you take a closer look at these. However, other information included, not least regarding the upcoming IAHR XXth World Congress in Toronto, is also very important, and I ask the officers who first receive this e-Bulletin to do whatever you can to forward it to your members.
